Anne has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She is trained in teaching Trauma-Informed Yoga and is working toward her 200 hour YTT through My Vinyasa.

Anne’s passion for yoga began after a dance injury which led her to seek alterative approaches to heal spinal injuries. Once Anne began practicing, she realized that yoga was healing to not only her body, but also her mind and spirit. She has been practicing ever since and is excited to share the many benefits of yoga with others who attend her classes.
